Remembering Mom 2014
Hi Mom,
Hi Mom,
It is Friday February 28th and I was just driving to work and I suddenly remembered your passing tomorrow, March 1st. I started this letter yesterday when I got to work and now it is early Saturday morning. There are many times I wish I could just sit at the table and visit with you. This is one of those times. I really miss you!
One of the times I remember thinking of you this year was when I was reviewing Kathleen & Conner journals they have to write weekly for school. They are only 8 years old and thought back to the times you “helped” me with my “creative writing” assignments for school. I was much older and those were really hard for me to do and you stayed with me when I was tired and lost focus. At least one of the assignments I know I felt bad about turning in cause if was more yours than mine. I think you got a good grade though!
We had a 60th Birthday party for Danny this year. While looking for some photos for the party I came across some good ones and attached them along with a pic from Dan’s party.
