Remembering Mom 2015

Hi Mom,

 

This last weekend Diane came over and Jeanie, DI and I enjoyed a wonderful Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner, some beer and few good laughs.   We reflected on some old memories of Grandma and you and remembered you both with fond memories.  We also had some IRIS soda bread from a local bakery but not like the IRISH soda bread we have come to love….this was too sweet.   Your recipe is just right with a little jelly or peanut butter is always delicious!
